Он станет уже вторым «нибулоновским» предприятием на Киевщине, сообщает компания.On July 26, 2012 under the chairmanship of Mykola Azarov, the Prime Minister of Ukraine, there will be held a solemn putting into operation of the transshipment terminal of “Pereyaslavs’ka” branch of “NIBULON” (Kyiv region).

Новый терминал филиала «Переяславская» обошелся компании «Нибулон» в сумму около 170 млн. грн. Введя его в эксплуатацию, «Нибулон» заключит цепочку из своих перегрузочных терминалов, построенных на Днепре и на прилегающих к реке территориях: с севера, Киевской области, к югу – Херсонской области, с выходом на Черное море через перегрузочный терминал в Николаеве.

Благодаря усилиям компании, обновленный судоходный Днепр по своему значению для аграрного комплекса Украины может превратиться в аналог американской реки Миссисипи, по которой активно транспортируются зерновые и другие грузы.

По подсчетам экспертов, благодаря новой логистической системе и развитой инфраструктуре хранения и переработки зерна, украинские сельхозпроизводители смогут получить дополнительные доходы на уровне 4 млрд грн. Аграрии будут напрямую, без посредников и дополнительных транспортных расходов, поставлять выращенную продукцию на предприятия «Нибулона».

Преимущества от сотрудничества с компанией «НИБУЛОН» почувствуют и сельхозпроизводители, которые работают в Переяслав-Хмельницком и соседнем районах. За счет близости терминала, они смогут выручить за свой товар на 15% больше, чем те, кто работает в 150-200 км отсюда.

Стоит обратить внимание на технологические особенности нового предприятия. Перегрузочный терминал располагается на земельном участке площадью более 5 га. Объем хранения зерна составляет 75,6 тыс. тонн, мощность сушилок – 3 тыс. тонн в сутки. Мощность отгрузки на водный транспорт составляет 10 тыс. тонн в сутки.

Кроме того, компания по собственной инициативе и за собственные средства провела дноуглубительные работы в акватории терминала до уровня 3 м, что позволит не только принимать несамоходные суда компании для перевозки зерновых, но и осуществлять другие речные перевозки.

Инвестиционный проект «НИБУЛОНа» осуществляется при поддержке ведущих мировых учреждений: Всемирного Банка Европейского Банка Реконструкции и Развития; Международной Финансовой Корпорации (IFC) Датского Экспортного Кредитного Фонда; Экспортно-кредитного банка США («US EXIM») правительств США, Швейцарии.

Компания «Нибулон» создана в 1991 году как совместное украинско-венгерско-английское сельскохозяйственное предприятие, генеральный директор — Вадатурский Алексей. Предприятие является одним из крупнейших операторов на зерновом рынке страны. Компания располагает элеваторными мощностями общей вместимостью 1,6 млн тонн.

Земельный банк компании составляет около 80 тыс. га в 11 областях Украины. Земля используется для выращивания зерновых и масличных культур.

Participation of the Prime Minister of Ukraine in this solemn event is not his first acquaintance with the process of implementation of “NIBULON’s” investment project. On October 19, 2010 he participated in a solemn keel-laying of the second and third tugs of the company which was held at shipyard “Wadan Yards Okean”.

At the festivities there were also invited: ambassadors of the USA, Denmark, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Sweden in Ukraine, the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine; the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine – the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine; the head of the State Agency for Investments and National projects of Ukraine; the director of the World Bank Representative Office in Ukraine, Belarus, and Moldavia; the president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine; the director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Ukraine; the head of the International Finance Corporation in Ukraine; the president of the European Business Association; the president of the U.S-Ukraine Business Council; the director of the Representative office of “CIMBRIA UNIGRAIN A/S” in Ukraine; the chairman of the board of “The State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine” company; the chairman of the board of “The Citibank” company, the head of the Council of Entrepreneurs under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the president of the Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation, our old partners and colleagues.

It is pleasant to note that Kyiv region becomes really a native region for one of the leaders of the domestic agrarian sector where all conditions are created and clear guarantees for “NIBULON’s” investment activity are provided. The Head of Kyiv Regional State Administration Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk and local authorities headed by Anatoliy Prysyazhnyuk wish to see the powerful investor in their region. We thank the governor and his team for their personal contribution to the implementation of the investment project of the company in the region. In the shortest terms we managed to solve all urgent issues, to get all the required licensing and conciliatory documents in order to perform construction.

Old partnership relations unite “NIBULON” with Kyiv region. On July 29, 2011 in Vyshgorod town (Kyiv region) within the second investment forum of Kyiv region “Stability and growth” there was signed a Memorandum “On partnership and cooperation” between “NIBULON” and Kyiv Regional State Administration. This document became a guarantee of a successful cooperation of the company with regional authorities.

A year before during the International Investment Forum “Integration and partnership” there was presented the investment program of “NIBULON” on construction of new terminals in Kyiv region with total cost of USD 60 mln.

The transshipment terminal of “Pereyaslavs’ka” branch will become the second “NIBULON’s” terminal in Kyiv region. Since December 1, 2011 the elevator complex of “Denyhivs’ka” branch has been operating successfully in Denyhivka village.

The newly built terminal of “Pereyaslavs’ka” branch cost the company more than UAH 170 mln. Therefore the company has already invested USD 40 mln, out of USD 60 mln planned, in the economics of Kyiv region. We again demonstrate our corporate standard of construction – quickly and qualitatively. The new terminal will accept grain crops of a yield of this year!

When “NIBULON” puts into operation the terminal of “Pereyaslavs’ka” branch, the company will close a chain of its transshipment terminals constructed on the Dnipro river and adjacent to the river territories: from the North, Kyiv region, to the South – Kherson region, with outlet to the Black Sea via the transshipment terminal in Mykolayiv city. Due to “NIBULON’s” efforts the renewed navigable Dnipro river by its large-scale value for the agrarian complex of Ukraine can become similar to the Mississippi river where grain crops and other cargoes are transported actively.

According to the experts thanks to a new logistic system and developed infrastructure of grain processing and storage Ukrainian agricultural producers can receive additional revenues at the level of 4 UAH billions. Agrarians will deliver commodities directly to “NIBULON” without intermediaries and additional transport expenses.

Farmers who work in Pereyaslav-Khmel’nyts’kyy and nearby districts will feel benefits of cooperation with “NIBULON”. Due to the terminal’s proximity they can gain by 15% more for their commodities in comparison with those farmers who work 150-200 km away from the terminal.

Attention should be paid to the technological features of the new terminal. The transshipment terminal is located on the area of more than 5 ha. The team of the branch consists of about 100 employees. Grain storage capacity is 75.6 thousand tons, capacity of dryers – 3 thousand tons per day. Shipment capacity on water transport is 10 thousand tons per day.

At the terminal of “Pereyaslavs’ka” branch there was constructed a berth with length of 105 m and breadth of 18 m. A ship loader and other equipment to load non–self-propelled vessels (produced by “TELESTACK”, UK; rewarded with the international award “BEST SHIPLOADING SYSTEM”) with capacity of 500 tons/hour were installed on the berth. It is an unprecedented case when on demand of the Ukrainian company western companies, using an individual approach, design and develop unique equipment which is acknowledged as the best in the world. Other manufacturers, such as “Cimbria Unigrain A/S” and “Mathews Company” did in the same way.

Besides, on its own initiative and for its own account the company conducted dredging works in the water area of the terminal to the level of 2.2 m that will allow not only to take non-self-propelled vessels of the company for grain transportation but also to perform other river transportations.

The terminal is also equipped with modern equipment of reliable and proven partners, such as American company “SCAFCO” (granaries) and Danish company “Cimbria Unigrain A/S” (manufacturing and transport equipment).

At the terminal there were installed modernized six-sectioned dryers “MC 3180”, the technical refitting of which was carried out by “NIBULON’s” specialists. The new dryers are the first in their way, therefore the Ukrainian terminal becomes a locomotive of a scientific and technological development of the American company. The fact that the acknowledged world manufacturers develop and produce equipment for “NIBULON” testifies about an authority of the company.

During the terminal construction a great attention is paid to the environmental component. In order to purify air in aspiration systems of the company there was installed a dust cleaning equipment of world level, such as filters of Danish company “Simatek” and German company “Schmidt-Seeger”.  This equipment allows to reduce dust concentration from 6000 mg/m3 at the input to 20 mg/m3 at the output and meets the highest European standards.

To protect water environment from pollution the technology of cleaning household wastewater using ultrafiltration membrane bioreactors produced by “MITSUBISHI” (Japan) was introduced at “Pereyaslavs`ka” branch.

“NIBULON’s” terminal differs from other terminals in its beautification, perfect external appearance. For the territory beautification 14 550 sq. meters of concrete surface were paved, 5 090 sq. meters of access road were constructed, 8 377 sq. meters of asphalt surface on the highway “Boryspil’-Dnipropetrovs’k-Zaporizhzhya were laid. 30 000 sq. meters of the area were planted with grass. The peculiarity of the facility is green planting – 66 trees, 400 bushes, 290 flowers. There is a fountain in the territory of the terminal, workers and visitors will have an opportunity to rest in a pavilion.

The investment project of “NIBULON” is implemented with the assistance of the leading world organizations, such as the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the International Finance Corporation (IFC); the Danish Export Credit Fund; the Export-Credit Bank of the United States (“US EXIM”); governments of the USA, Switzerland, Kingdoms of the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark.

Traditionally, “NIBULON” being a socially responsible company does not only invest considerable costs in the infrastructure development of different regions but also initiates new approaches how to spend these funds. Innovation of such approaches is that the company transfers funds to the local budgets before and during the construction but not after its completion. Thereby with the company’s arrival to the region the local community has an opportunity to solve urgent social issues which require considerable costs. The company allocates funds for the social infrastructure development of districts. Repair of roads, lighting of streets, reconstruction of water supply system, financing of educational and cultural projects, etc. are carried out. Due to its charitable activity the company directs more than UAH 15 mln to implement social projects annually.

The investment project implementation (and social initiatives respectively) of “NIBULON” is carried out step-by-step in Kyiv region. Within the scope of the first stage in July 2011 and also in July 2012 inVyshgorod town there were held the first two stages of Grand Prix of Ukraine of the World Championship in “Formula 1” class on water.  For two consecutive years “NIBULON” was a general partner and sponsor of the event.

Putting into operation of “Denyhivs’ka” branch (December 2011), the first facility of the company in the region, meant not only stable revenues to the budgets of all levels but also the implementation of social projects in the amount of UAH 4 mln. Due to these costs the following works have been already performed: the local stadium was reconstructed completely (new cover, several sports grounds, etc –in the amount of UAH 560 thousand); the local school got two repaired classrooms of chemistry and informatics equipped with modern furniture and computer equipment, as well as additional comfort – a renovated facade entrance, internal toilets were reconstructed, school yard and adjacent to the school Shevchenko street received a new road surface. Also, windows and doors were installed at the local pre-schools “Svitanok” and “Veselka”, boiler room was repaired, work on improvements of adjacent to the obelisk “Honor” territory was performed, doors and windows were purchased and installed for the local ambulance.

Putting into operation of the transshipment terminal of “Pereyaslavs’ka” branch will mark completion of the second stage of the investment project of “NIBULON” in Kyiv region. According to a share participation agreement, UAH 1 mln was transferred to the budget of Pereyaslav-Khmel’nyts’kyy district. Due to these costs a blood transfusion instrument for the district hospital, ambulance cars, cars for the district administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were purchased. UAH 200 thousand were directed to the budget of Gaishin village council. Thanks to these funds 1.7 km of road in Gaishin village (Poliova street) were constructed. Outer lighting in Chyrs’ke village (Pidgirna and Kyivs’ka streets), repair of road in these streets are planned to be performed. The company reconstructed facade of the building and inner toilets in the school of Chyrs’ke village. There was repaired and equipped the classroom of informatics (windows, new furniture, and computer equipment were installed). Total cost of works by school is UAH 415 thousand.

In November 2011 “NIBULON” was recognized as a winner of the Ukrainian Energy Efficiency Program (UKEEP) which was carried out by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
